We’re sorry your item is damaged! Depending on how and where you bought it, here’s what to do:
Bought it directly in a store:
If you bought an item in one of our physical stores and it is damaged, please visit the store directly to discuss your options for an exchange or refund.
Placed an online order in-store (on a screen in the store):
If you ordered online in the store and a problem shows up after using the item, you’ll need to visit the store to sort out an exchange or refund.
Ordered online in-store and the item arrived damaged:
If your order came damaged by post, get in touch with our customer service team. We can help you return the item, but you’ll still need to go to the store to get your refund.
Important: No matter the situation, our online customer service can’t give refunds for items paid for in a store. You’ll always need to visit the store to get your refund.
