Where are my Customer Club points?
Check your account first
Log in to your account to review your current points balance. Sometimes points may take a little while to appear, especially during sales or system updates.Verify Terms & Conditions
If your points haven’t appeared after 48 hours, make sure you’ve accepted the latest Customer Club Terms & Conditions. You can do this by logging into your profile, where a pop-up message will prompt you to accept them.Contact customer service
If you’ve checked your account and everything seems correct, or if you made a purchase in-store and something went wrong, please contact our customer service team. We’re happy to help!To assist you efficiently, please provide:
Online orders: Order number from your purchase confirmation email
Store purchases: Screenshot of your receipt (required)
Date of the transaction
Our support team will verify your details and manually credit the missing points to your account. You’ll receive an email update as soon as the process is complete usually within a few business days. Your rewards status will be back on track in no time!
How can I see my account balance?
Log in to your account and go to the ‘User Profile’ tab. Here you can see:
Points: Points you currently have
Pending points: Points you are due to receive
How to exchange points for credit
You don’t need to do anything! Once you reach the points limit, your points will automatically convert into bonus rewards.
Where is my voucher?
Bonus vouchers will be issued within a few days after you reach your points limit.
