What do I need to know before signing up to SELECTED+?
SELECTED+ is a loyalty program that allows you to collect points. You get points for every purchase made in our retail stores, in the SELECTED app, and at SELECTED.com.
All past purchases online and offline, as well as the points history, can be seen when you are logged in to 'My Account' on SELECTED.com and in the SELECTED app.
In addition to collecting points, being a SELECTED+ member also means you will gain access to exclusive offers, rewards, event invitations and pre-access to select sales and promotions.
As a SELECTED+ member, all receipts from purchases you make in the app, on SELECTED.com or in our stores will be saved on your account. You can find all your receipts by logging into My Account on SELECTED.com and in the SELECTED app. You can find all your receipts from purchases in our own retail stores on selected.com and the SELECTED app by logging in to 'My Account' on SELECTED.com and in the SELECTED app.
SELECTED+ membership is free, but you must be 18 years old to become a member.
SELECTED+ is only available in certain European countries.
How do I become a member of SELECTED+?
SELECTED+ is available only for customers with valid accounts on selected.com
You need to create an account on selected.com/register.
You will receive a confirmation email after registering, where you need to confirm your subscription as well, in order to benefit from the Welcome discount. This is also done to secure your data's privacy and safety.
In order for you to earn points on your online orders, you must be logged in when purchasing items.
In order for you to earn points on your orders in store, you must show your membership ID (which can be found upon logging in the MyAccount) to the cashier, who will scan it.
We cannot trace back and award points for previous orders, if you did not have an account when placing the order, if you were not logged in when placing the order, and/or if you did not identify with your membership ID to the cashier in store.
Customers who had an account before SELECTED+ will automatically become members of SELECTED+.
What is a membership ID, and where can I find it?
You can find your membership ID on the My Account page on SELECTED.com and in the SELECTED app. It is a QR code, unique for every member, which is used to collect points on purchases in our retail stores.
How do I collect points, and where can I see them?
As a SELECTED+ member, all purchases made in our retail stores, in the SELECTED app and at SELECTED.com are rewarded with points. Please note that the purchase of a gift card does not earn points. Delivery costs on online orders also do not generate points.
You earn 10 points for every 1 € (euro) spent.
To collect points in our retail stores, always remember to scan your membership ID at the cash register. You can find your membership ID on the 'My Account' page on SELECTED.com and in the SELECTED app.
Your new points will be calculated and displayed in 'My Account' around 15 minutes after a purchase. Please allow a delay of up to a day before contacting our Customer Support.
When and how can I lose my points?
If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.
Your earned points are stored for 12 months from the day you have earned them, after which they expire and will be deducted from your points balance.
Every time you collect 2000 points, a reward voucher will be unlocked. The points converted for the reward voucher will be deducted from your points balance.
What happens if I return a product?
Once the return has been processed, the points earned on the returned order/item will be automatically deducted from the points balance.
What is a SELECTED+ reward voucher?
Every time you accumulate 2.000 points, a SELECTED+ reward voucher will be available to you in 'My Account'.
Each reward voucher is worth 5€ (euro).
The 2000 points necessary to obtain the reward voucher will be deducted from your points balance as they convert into the reward voucher.
After accumulating enough points to receive a voucher, you will receive the voucher on the same day or the next day.
Once obtained and visible in 'My Account', the reward voucher is valid for 90 days, after which it will expire.
How can I use my SELECTED+ reward voucher?
On SELECTED.com and in the SELECTED app: The reward voucher is a promo code. This code needs to be applied to the cart before checkout. Type the code in the “Promo code” field and press “Submit” for it to be applied.
In stores: The reward voucher will be available on 'My Account'. Open 'My Account' via SELECTED.com or on the SELECTED app on your phone. Press the reward voucher to reveal a QR code. The cashier needs to scan this QR code for the reward voucher to be applied to your order.
The reward voucher is valid for 90 days from the day you have received it, after which it expires and will not be visible in 'My Account'.
I have 2000 points now, why haven’t I received my reward voucher yet?
Please allow for a delay of up to 1-2 days while our system processes your reward voucher. If it is still not visible, please contact Customer Service.
For how long is my reward voucher valid?
Reward vouchers must be used within 90 days, and the expiry date can be found under each voucher on the 'My Account' page in the SELECTED app or SELECTED.com.
Why can’t I apply my reward at checkout?
If you are trying to apply a discount code to your cart, for example, your welcome reward or birthday reward, please be aware that you cannot combine it with other discount codes.

Where can I find my membership perks and reward vouchers?
You will find all special offers and reward vouchers available to you on the 'My Account' page in the SELECTED app or on SELECTED.com.
Please note that once you have redeemed a discount or reward voucher, it cannot be retracted or reused.
Where can I find my receipts?
All your receipts can be found on the 'My Account' page in the SELECTED app and on SELECTED.com.
How do I receive my welcome offer?
To receive your Welcome reward, you must create an account via the SELECTED app or on SELECTED.com. After you have confirmed your account, the Welcome reward will be applied automatically during checkout.
If the discount is not applied, please try logging out and then in again. If that does not help, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I use my membership abroad?
No. Your SELECTED+ membership is only valid in the country you reside in.
